Clinic Policies
  • 24 hour notice is required for all cancellations. A $50 late-cancellation fee will be charged for all cancellations done with less than 24 hour notice
  • Patients arriving more than 15 minutes late to an appointment will be rescheduled

  • Parking is available in our private lot. There is also ample street parking surrounding the building
  • Please enter through Suite A and have a seat in the waiting room when you arrive
  • In the waiting room you will see a light switch labeled "Oved". Please flip that up so I know you've arrived.
