Homemade bone broth is one of the easiest things to make in a pressure cooker. And because it's nutrient-dense, it's something you'll want to have on hand all year long. It's great to make ahead and freeze for cold nights, or for days when you need a mid-afternoon boost. *Note that Steps 1 and 2 are not necessary but will make your soup cleaner (boiling the bones removes impurities) and more flavorful (roasting them gives it a richer taste). You can also swap the vegetables out for your favorite or leave them out completely. I like to make a big batch of soup and freeze it in ice cubes. That way it's easier to defrost. Let me know what you think!
